Submit an enquiry through the Contact Page to get started in the planning process. We will set up a time for your Complimentary consultation- either on the phone or in person. This consultation will allow me to learn more about your interests, motivations, likes and dislikes and helps me to plan the perfect vacation for you.
Once we have talked about your trip and you have decided to hire me, we will collect your Management fee. This fee is based on many factors and will be discussed on the Consultation call. The fee is Non-Refundable and signals a mutual commitment to the planning process.
Now we Build.
Now we start the designing process. Your trip is unique to you and we use our resources to curate a trip to suit your travel style. This may take some time (generally up to 7-10 business days) but we aim to get it right the first time. After you review and give feedback, we can make any adjustments requested. We offer up to 3 complimentary revisions to make everything just right!
Leave it to us!
Now is when you sit back and relax. The hard part is over and the itinerary has been laid out and now we go to work. We secure air, hotels, transportation, and touring as discussed in your proposal. Leave the details in our hands!
Make it Special
A month before you leave, we will connect to enhance your trip with special requests. Dining Reservations, spa appointments, theater tickets, and more. Whatever we can do to make your trip extra special.
Before You go….
Before you go, we will meet again 1-2 weeks before travel. We go over all of the travel documents to be sure that you have everything you need to have the best trip possible but also to answer any lingering questions.
In the background, I am reconfirming your services and making sure that my contacts are ready for your arrival.
